Paleo Donut Holes with Strawberry Dipping Sauce

I made these tonight for some friends we were having over for dinner who are in the process of transitioning to Paleo. They turned out really good, and I can only imagine the possibilities that you could have tweaking this recipe. I hope you enjoy as much as we all did!

Paleo Donut Holes
1 1/2 C Almond Flour
1 C Coconut Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 Eggs
1/2 C coconut milk
1/4 C cold water
1/4 C honey
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients into a dough.
*This is my husband mixing, I swear my arms are not this hairy.*
Using a 1 Tbsp measure, measure dough and form into balls.
Place balls on parchment paper lined baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Strawberry Sauce
1 C Fresh Strawberries
1 C water
1/2 tbsp arrowroot powder

Place strawberries and 3/4 C of water in a small saucepan.
Bring to a low boil and reduce heat to medium low. Allow strawberries to slow simmer for about 10 minutes, or until sauce has reduced by about 1/2.
Mix arrowroot powder into remaining 1/4 C of water and stir in. Remove sauce from heat. You will find sauce quickly thickens. Serve as a dipping sauce for donut holes. *If you desire a sweeter sauce (though we all thought it was plenty sweet) you could add in some honey.*
